Investigation of Diffraction in Interferometer Caused by Sharp Relief
Abstract
Diffraction effects introduced by apertures and edges can have a strong impact on light propagation in optical systems. In this application, diffraction effects are showcased in a system with a reflective sample with a rectangular height relief in a Michelson interferometer.
